By my signature below, I acknowledge the following:
1. To be eligible for Kathy's Kitties I understand that spay/neuter is available solely for wild/unowned cats, and I certify that to the best of my knowledge these cats are unowned.
2. I recognize the risks feral cats face during handling, anesthesia/surgery and hold Kathy's Kitties and its volunteers and facilities harmless should a cat experience complications, injury, escape, or death. Any cat deemed by the veterinarian to be severly ill or injured will be humanely euthanized. Since these are homeless cats, I agree to relinquish them for adoption should a suitable home become available. I also release Kathy's Kitties and its volunteers and facilities from and liability for any injuries which may occur while trapping, transporting, or caring for these cats.
3. I promise that all cats will receive food, water, and necessary care on a regular basis when they are returned to the location from which they were tken following surgery. I acknowledge the possibility that once released, some cats may not return.
4. I agree to return to pick up the listed feral cats at the specified time. Any cats not picked up will be considered abandoned and taken to Animal Control, and a report of illegal animal abandonment will be made.

Contact me, I can lend you traps, and arrange free/low cost spay/neuter for feral cats if you live in Kempner and/or surrounding communities in Texas.
I lend you the traps and show you how and when to use them. You trap the kitties and I will hold them overnight then take them to the vet's the following morning. I will then return them to you after 7 p.m. that day, for you to hold them for recovery.
